Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end residential fit-out/refurbishment projects, reporting to a Contracts Manager.
• Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure projects are delivered within programme and budget.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines on site.
• Maintain a client-facing role and be flexible in reacting to client changes.
