Your new role
As a senior site manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities include:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and maintain effective project management systems and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
As a senior site manager, you will have proven experience working as a No1 on projects within the healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors on projects valued from £5m to £20m. It is essential that you have managed entire projects from start to completion and have build experience. You will also need:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
