Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Limited in the Thames Valley region is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new build commercial developments valued between £10m-£20m across Oxford, Reading, Swindon, Newbury and surrounding areas.

You will lead site teams from groundworks to handover on projects typically 12–18 months, with a £65,000 base salary, £450 monthly car allowance, bonus and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience delivering projects up to £10m-£20m.
• New build construction experience.
• Experience within commercial offices, education, industrial developments, schools, or general commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing projects over a 9-12 month build programme.
• Strong subcontractor and Health & Safety management experience.
• Essential qualifications: SMSTS, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from groundworks through to handover.
• Leading site teams and direct labour.
• Managing groundworks teams and subcontractors.
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager.
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times.
• Monitoring programme, quality and site performance.
• Coordinating trades and site logistics.
• Conducting site meetings and progress reporting.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.
