Job Description

As a Senior Superintendent, you will manage all field and site-specific construction activities, including the company's Production System, project design, budget, schedule, performance, subtrades, and profitability. Effective communication with project managers and clients is essential to stay ahead of changes and requirements.

You will also lead, mentor, and direct staff in the field, ensuring proper use and inspection of tools and equipment.

• Monitor project budgets and forecasts at the phase and cost type level for potential gains and losses
• Ensure third-party monitoring/testing complies with specifications
• Identify and support training needs and apprenticeship programs for field staff
• Prioritize safety and address risks promptly on-site

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction with a large general contractor
• Experience as a superintendent for a large general contractor
• Experience managing end-to-end construction projects
• Health & Safety Awareness (5 Steps) training required

The salary for this role is up to C$168,000 (£90,500) plus bonuses, share options, benefits, and relocation support.

Applicants must have experience delivering projects valued between £10-£30M, demonstrate consistent employment, and meet Canadian visa requirements. The company will assist with visa costs and provide guidance.
