Hunter Philips Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for overhead line transmission projects in the Central Belt, Scotland. The role covers 132kV–400kV OHL construction and refurbishment, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors while maintaining high health and safety standards on site.

The candidate will liaise directly with clients, manage programmes, and ensure delivery meets project requirements. SMSTS and NEBOSH qualifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous experience as Site Manager on electricity transmission overhead line projects.
• Experience delivering 132kV–400kV OHL construction and/or refurbishment.
• SMSTS and NEBOSH qualifications.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day site delivery across 132kV–400kV OHL projects.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, resources and planned works.
• Liaise with client on programme, progress and delivery requirements.
• Oversee site planning, sequencing and coordination of activities.
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Identify delivery issues and coordinate solutions with the project team.
• Monitor progress and report on site performance.
