We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Regional Build team on a large education project in Great Yarmouth.

Location: Great Yarmouth, Suffolk

Hours: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Site Team, responsible for supporting the delivery of a large £50m+ education project in Great Yarmouth. This role involves managing the façade and envelope.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing and directing subcontractor partners to deliver work packages under the direction of the project manager.
• Checking work carried out by subcontractors to ensure it aligns with the programme, design drawings, and quality standards.
• Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements from subcontractors to ensure safe and appropriate working methods.
• Carrying out toolbox talks and site inductions to ensure full compliance with Kier standards.
• Coordinating site logistics, including movement of plant and labor, ensuring safety is maintained at all times.
