Senior Site Manager - Industrial Refurbishment

Our client is a principal contractor with over 40 years of successful delivery. They are looking to add a Senior Site Manager to their team on a contract basis.

Their client base includes pension funds, developers, and asset management companies, supporting a long-term and sustainable business model.

You will be responsible for managing refurbishment projects, including industrial spaces, marketing suites, and showrooms within the M25, with project values ranging from £1m to £5m.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all site activities daily
  • Managing sub-contractors
  • Delegating and monitoring workload
  • Conducting site inductions
  • Organizing and chairing weekly meetings
  • Ensuring high standards of health and safety
Experience and Attributes:
  • At least 10 years' proven experience in refurbishment projects
