Senior Site Manager

Job Description

Our client, who are one of the UK's leading residential developers, are looking for a Senior Site/Block Manager to join their Build Team on a development in the South West London region. They want someone to oversee a block of approximately 200 units, taking the phase from groundwork through to handover.

The selected candidate must have a proven background at Senior Site/Block Manager level, having worked directly for a main contractor or developer.

Day to Day Duties:

1. Attending and chairing progress meetings with sub-contractors
2. Ensuring the project runs to speed and programme
3. Making sure H&S is always adhered to
4. Sending regular updates to senior management
5. Managing junior site management under direct supervision
