Senior Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Type: Permanent

Salary: Salary + package

My client is a regional contractor looking to expand their management team with a Senior Site Manager due to an increase in developments in the Northwest. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience working on New Build Social Housing projects, delivering these projects from inception through to completion and handover. Project values range from £5m to £18m.

As an experienced Senior Site Manager, you will be aware of planning procedures and follow tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organizing labour and ensuring all sub-contractors adhere to the plans and meet deadlines.

The scheme includes a mixture of affordable housing timber frame, so experience in delivering similar new builds is essential. The business also delivers commercial and industrial new builds, so a good overall contracting background is advantageous. The successful Senior Site Manager will have proven experience in delivering multiple units successfully, maintaining the highest quality standards in New Build projects.

The project involves both apartments and housing, so experience in delivering both types of projects would be an advantage for this Senior Site Management role.
