Housing Site Manager - Launceston, Cornwall

Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is recruiting for an experienced Housing Site Manager to work on a site near Launceston, Cornwall. With a healthy land bank and a clearly structured management team, this role is suitable for an experienced manager with knowledge of NHBC processes and traditional build methods.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the production of all units, on-site health and safety management, and the management of sub-contractors. You will report to a Contracts Manager and oversee the full site operations.

Suitable candidates will have a proven track record in house building at a similar level, with knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods, processes, and current health and safety legislation. Strong IT, organizational, and communication skills are required. Certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW are essential. Good local supply chain knowledge will also be advantageous.
