About

Main Purpose of the Role

We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our Yorkshire East region, ahead of a new development starting in Grimsby in 2025. This role offers an excellent chance for an experienced Site Manager to contribute from the outset of a project.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will safely and profitably plan, manage, and oversee the day-to-day site activities to meet or exceed the programme, in line with company policies and within the budget.

The Senior Site Manager will oversee all development aspects, including Production, Quality, Cost Control, and Company Care, ensuring profitability and customer focus.

They will lead and motivate the site team (employees and subcontractors) to achieve objectives and potential, and recruit new team members as needed.

HS&S Responsibilities
Ensure personal and team health and safety, adhering to Keepmoat Health, Safety, and Sustainability standards.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience
Candidates should align with Keepmoat's core values, with experience in site management, either as a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Site Manager seeking advancement. They should be collaborative, relationship-building, creative problem-solvers committed to high standards, solutions-focused, and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Experience leading teams and motivating staff, with flexibility to support the team hands-on, is essential.

Education and Qualifications
Relevant knowledge of building legislation, health and safety, Clerk of Works, Buildings, or NHBC inspections is required. A full UK driving license is also necessary.
