Senior Site Manager - Hemel Heapstead

Our client, a growing construction contractor based in Derbyshire, is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join their delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to manage new build and refurbishment projects.

The project involves leading the delivery (No. 1) of an office refurbishment and a new build healthcare suite in Hemel Heapstead (£4m). The client offers a rented property close to the site and lodging allowances for the initial 12-month contract.

Requirements:

• SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid certification

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
• Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
• Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
• Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:

• Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000+ (DOE)
• Company Car Allowance (£6,000)
• Project completion bonus
• Company pension

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must demonstrate a track record of working as a Project Lead delivering construction projects ranging from £2m to £4m.
