Senior Site Manager - 65,000 + Executive Package - High-Profile Development Bristol City Centre
Walker & Sloan are partnering with a well-established main contractor to secure a "Senior Site Manager" for their flagship development in central Bristol. This is a career-defining project scheduled for completion in 2026.
Having met with the Construction Director last week, I understand they're looking for an experienced Site Manager ready to step up to a more senior position. You'll be taking ownership of this prestigious development from groundworks through to completion, managing a team of 3 site managers and overseeing up to 100 operatives at peak construction.
The package includes a base salary up to 65,000, performance-related bonus, car allowance, private healthcare for you and family, enhanced pension, and 26 days holiday plus bank holidays.
You'll ideally come from a main contractor background with experience in large-scale developments. SMSTS and First Aid are essential, with CIOB membership being highly desirable.
Most importantly, you'll need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering complex projects in busy urban environments.
I have interview slots reserved for next Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm happy to arrange a confidential call to discuss the opportunity in detail - I can share the full project plans and specifications at this stage.
