Senior Site Manager Retrofit/EWI

Full Time / Permanent

Hertfordshire

£55,000 - £65,000 Plus Package

We are currently recruiting for a national contractor they are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team and assist them in the management and delivery of their decarbonisation project covering properties in Hertfordshire.

As Site Manager you will manage and control activities on site to successfully complete the project within budget, to stipulated quality standards, within the contract period and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction ensuring that the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained at all times. Energy efficient improvements being delivered as part of this project will include:

• Supply and installation of EWI and triple glazed windows

• Installation of solar PV panels and non-combustible wall, floor and roof insulation

• Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery

• Removal of gas and replacement with Air Source Heat Pump

• Comprehensive internal refurbishment
