Freelance Senior Site Manager Steel Frame
Rate: £300 per day
Location: Newcastle, UK
Contract: Freelance Start ASAP 3 Months
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basis
  
• Supervise the installation of SFS framing, external cladding, and drylining
  
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
  
• Coordinate closely with the project and commercial teams
  
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports
  
• Uphold site safety, quality, and programme targets
  

What We re Looking For:

• Demonstrable experience in SFS/steel frame construction
  
• Strong background in managing cladding and drylining packages
  
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and valid First Aid certification
  
• Solid organisational and leadership abilities
  
• Track record in freelance or contract site management roles
