Senior Site Manager - Manchester - Commercial and Residential

Our client is a leading contractor with multiple schemes across the UK.

Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark development in Manchester.

The Scheme

• Piles and RC ground beams
• Basement lift shaft works
• RC frame
• Fast track pod installation and fit-out
• Extensive M&E
• Unitised façade, curtain walling
• Deep drainage and attenuation
• External civils and landscaping works
• 278 works
• Substation installation

About You

• Experience in delivering schemes from brownfield through construction phases to handover, either as Number 1 or as part of a larger team
• Experience of RC structures
• Experience liaising with utility providers and large subcontracting teams
• SMSTS, CSCS, and 1st Aid certifications
• IT literate
• Ability to work with commercial teams
• Comfortable conducting progress meetings
• Able to uphold the highest health and safety standards
