Redrock Recruitment are looking to recruit for their client experienced Senior Site Manager to join a well-established business operating in the Logistics and Distribution Sector project value ranging from 7million - 30million the successful Site Manager will be able to show clear work history of working on these types schemes from inception stage to completed client handover. this is a great opportunity join expanding business with a healthy project pipeline and a great company culture

Your day to day will include:

• Managing site operations to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project delivery
• Supporting the Senior Management team in implementing contractual strategies
• Monitoring health and safety compliance, including toolbox talks and audits
• Managing resources, including subcontractors, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
• Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction
• Working as part of the team

Desired/Essential Skills

• SMSTS Qualified
• First Aid trained
• CSCS card- Black
• Understanding of H&S
• RAMs approvals and carry out
• Local to the midlands area
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, can-do attitude

• Ability to prioritise workload and delegate efficiently
