• First Aid Trained and SMSTS Qualified.

Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, working on a brand ‘new build’ housing development - circa 100 units. Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. In your role as a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, you will oversee an on-site Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager.

Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – About you:

You will be a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
