Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager opportunity on a hospital project in Cambridge. The role requires overseeing the External package, valued at approximately 15 million.

This position is with a Tier 1 contractor known for attention to detail and excellent client service. The Senior Site Manager will manage the Façade, Roofing, Scaffolding, Primary Steel, Secondary Steel, and Blockwork packages.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience with External packages
• Longevity in roles with reputable contractors
• Understanding of project programmes and ability to prepare short-term look-aheads
• Strong interpersonal skills for team and subcontractor management
• Black CSCS card
• SMSTS certification

Salary is between £300-£330 per day (cis).
