We are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join a well-established building contractor, managing multi-million-pound projects across the commercial sector specifically educational, leisure and NHS frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing site teams and subcontractors.
  2. Act as the main client interface, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication.
  3. Drive projects to completion, managing costs and risks effectively.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  2. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and trades.
  3. Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  4. Relevant qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
