We have a new opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South East Midlands, at our site in Turvey, Bedfordshire. As our Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for organizing resources and managing designated development projects to ensure timely completion, quality, and adherence to specifications and budget.

About the Senior Site Manager role

• Direct labor, plant, staff, and equipment to achieve project completion on time, to specification, and within budget
• Coordinate with the Buying team and Surveying department to ensure timely procurement of materials and subcontract services
• Manage site teams, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health & Safety Regulations
• Develop staff skills and foster a high-morale working environment
• Train and develop subordinates for current and future roles
• Maintain 100% compliance with NHBC standards
• Achieve 5-star customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure staff training and development are completed as per annual plans
• Achieve maximum scores on bi-monthly Health & Safety audits
