Senior Site Manager

A loyal client to Sphere is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to commence a new role with immediate effect based out of their Bristol office.

Your new company is an established regional Main Contractor, operating out of 4 main offices across the South West. As a business, they deliver Design & Build, New Build, Restoration, and Refurbishment projects, up to £30M.

This role in particular will be based on site in Bristol, across a £25M scheme. The project involves adding 3 new floors to an existing structure and adding a Glass-Reinforced Concrete (GRC) Façade. Once complete, the building will provide 80,000 sq ft of office space.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Relevant degree level qualifications
2. Construction Certification is essential
