Senior Site Manager – South West (Special Projects)

Package negotiable dependant on experience*

Remedial Works | Permanent | Regional Role

I'm working with a well-regarded developer who’ve set up a dedicated Special Projects division to deliver remediation and legacy works across their South West patch. They’re after a Senior Site Manager to take a lead role on projects that matter, work that’s detailed, quality-led, and well-supported internally.

You’ll be based regionally, managing active remediation works on volume residential schemes. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys the technical side of site management and who takes real pride in getting things right.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading day-to-day operations on residential remediation projects
• Managing subcontractors, build teams, and health & safety with a strong site presence
• Making sure work is delivered safely, accurately, and in line with technical recommendations
• Coordinating with customer care, commercial, and technical departments
• Reporting to the Build Manager and feeding back on progress, resourcing, and programme

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience delivering housing projects, ideally including legacy or remedial work
• A practical, solutions-led approach to technical site issues
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, QA, and NHBC/regulatory standards
• Confident in managing subcontractors and maintaining high build standards under pressure
• SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and First Aid
