Temporary Works Senior Engineer

About You: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with the following qualifications and experience:

1. Proven track record in undertaking the role of CRE (Contractors Responsible Engineer) & TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator) within Rail, Civil Engineering Groundworks, or Structures environments.
2. Extensive experience working on civils projects, ideally within a Rail environment.
3. MEng/BEng/Foundation Degree/BTEC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
4. Experience in mentoring Project and Assistant Engineers.
5. Proven ability to manage direct and subcontract works effectively.
6. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety on site.
7. Expertise in managing the integration of Civils scope of work from design into the construction stage, and managing interfaces with other project disciplines.
8. Strong understanding of contracts, with the ability to support the commercial team in managing costs and maximizing engineering efficiencies.
9. Proficient in writing tender scopes and technical specifications for Civils engineering works.
10. PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification.
11. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
