Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Site Engineer for a 6-month FTC in London and Home Counties. You will act as the technical anchor on-site for education projects, overseeing deep excavations, RC structures and earthworks.

The role requires CAT 3 basement build experience, main contracting expertise in the UK, and a track record delivering major education schemes valued between £10 million and £100 million.

Qualifications

• CAT 3 basement build experience essential.
• Proven main contracting experience in the UK.
• Experience delivering major education schemes (£10–£100m).

Responsibilities

• Technical anchor on-site managing RC structures and earthworks.
• Interpret drawings, check setting out and record piling/tolerance.
• Ensure health, safety and quality systems are maintained.
• Provide data for commercial re-measures and sub-contractor analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive project records and status reports.
