Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to work on a £100M student accommodation project in Central London.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Site Manager with daily operations.
2. Act as the main technical adviser on site for specialist subcontractors, including groundworks and concrete frame contractor.
3. Set out, level, and survey the site; conduct QA and temporary works checks.
4. Check plans and drawings; coordinate setting out.
5. Call off reinforcement from schedules and interpret reinforcement drawings.
6. Maintain detailed records of QA inspections.
7. Ensure work and materials meet specifications.

Requirements:

1. Degree or HND in engineering or relevant discipline.
2. At least 6 years of postgraduate experience.
3. Experience of setting out structures over £10M.
4. Experience in reinforcement calling off and reading reinforcement drawings.
5. Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.
6. Excellent communication and planning skills.
7. Teamwork and self-motivation.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
9. Flexibility regarding site location within the UK & Ireland.
