Due to winning new projects, they are now looking for a senior engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will need to coordinate site engineering control activities to satisfy contract programme requirements, delegate tasks, and be involved on site for setting out. The project will be a rail depot, primarily working on structures with some track work involved. This opportunity offers significant potential for professional growth and career development.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 4-7 site engineers. This role offers a pathway to progress into a sub-agent position and eventually a project manager. The position is site-based, located just outside Birmingham, and can be either PAYE or freelance.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have experience working in rail infrastructure within the UK for tier 1 or tier 2 companies, demonstrating stability by working at least 3 years with each previous employer.

REWARDS AND BENEFITS
