H9 Talent Solutions is assisting a client in recruiting an experienced Site Construction Manager for a senior leadership role on major EPC power and industrial plant projects. The position will be based in London with potential for a global role as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPC construction experience on large-scale industrial, EfW, or power plant projects.
• Engineering degree required; professional certification preferred (APM/PM).
• SMSTS, CSCS/SCC/CCNSG or equivalent safety and site-management credentials.

Responsabilités

• Lead HSEQ across all site activities and ensure compliance.
• Manage mechanical, electrical and civil construction works on site.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and site engineers to deliver milestones.
• Control programme, progress reporting, inspections and handover activities.
• Deputise for the Site Manager and act as senior site representative when required.
