Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading Temporary Works on major civil/infrastructure projects.
• Background with a Tier 1 contractor or large-scale schemes.
• Strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Temporary Works coordination and ensure safety and design standards compliance.
• Develop construction methodologies and support programme delivery.
• Act as interface between designers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Identify risks and drive practical engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and support wider team delivery.
• Support RAMS, planning, documentation and commercial awareness.
