Job summary

AmcoGiffen is seeking a Site Agent / Senior Site Agent to lead highway site developments in Pill and Bristol as part of the Metrowest programme. Initially based at the Highbridge regional office, you will transition to full site-based duties when construction begins in June 2026, delivering high‑quality civil engineering works for a Local Authority client.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership within civil engineering environments.
• Experience as Sub Agent / Site Agent / Senior Site Agent.
• Strong understanding of CDM requirements and pre-construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure works are delivered in full compliance with legislation, contract terms, safety plans and work package plans.
• Lead day-to-day site management once works commence (June 2026).
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Provide clear progress reports to the Contracts Manager and stakeholders.
