Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead a highways infrastructure scheme in Stirling, Scotland. The role oversees day‑to‑day site operations, managing site teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver works safely and on program.

You will coordinate construction activities, monitor progress, control costs and ensure compliance with RAMS, drawings and specifications while liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar senior role in civil/highways projects.
• Experience delivering highways infrastructure from construction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, roads, surfacing and pavement works.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across the highways scheme.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes with key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, drawings, specs and inspection plans.
• Control costs, manage variations and resources with the commercial team.
• Maintain site records, permits and project documentation.
• Liaise with client, authorities and design teams to resolve issues.
