Role: Senior Site Agent / Civil Site Manager 18 months work

Outside IR35 for this Senior Site Agent role

Rate: £400 - £450 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Worcester

Start Date: August 2025 for 18 months

The Senior Site Agent role

Senior Site Agent for a civil engineering contractor with a strong track record in delivering water infrastructure projects. Following a recent large contract award, the company is expanding its project delivery across Severn Trent's AMP7 framework and has an opening for a Senior Site Agent to join their team on a long-term freelance contract outside IR35.

As a Senior Site Agent, you will work with the Project Delivery team on a £30 million water improvement project in Worcestershire. You will assist in leading the project from a delivery standpoint, with a proven track record of managing projects from contract award to completion, achieving financial targets while maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards. Experience working as part of a project team and directing subcontractors is essential.
