A fantastic opportunity has opened on L50.

Due to the promotion of the current Ward Manager, we are looking for a passionate, experienced Children's Nurse to take on this exciting and dynamic role on L50.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, dynamic individual with the ability to enable and empower their team and have a passion for working with patients under the care of both Hepatology and Renal services.

Strong leadership and performance management are integral to this Band 7 role, with patient/parent experience and patient safety underpinning all aspects of care. You will be required to provide assurance that standards of care are met and maintained. The applicant must demonstrate good leadership qualities, the ability to motivate team members, and a proven track record of change management. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to personal and team development. A support package will be developed to support the successful applicant's needs.
