An opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, dynamic, highly motivated senior nurse, to apply for the position of full time Senior Sister/Charge Nurse band 7 on the Acute Medical Unit.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strong leadership, able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills and have experience in managing staff within a clinical environment at a minimum band 6 level. Applicants should be self-motivated, dynamic, and forward thinking and able to lead and develop the nursing team. Change management experience is also desirable.
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled communicator utilising effective verbal, written and IT skills to ensure patients receive timely, efficient evidence-based care and a positive patient experience.
A commitment to working within the clinical governance framework and demonstrating PROUD values is essential to this role.
