We are looking for a highly motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic candidate to join our Haematology Day Unit team.
We invite applications from passionate individuals to support the Lead Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapies Nurse lead in empowering, advocating and supporting the day unit team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for haematological patients, day unit experience, experience with leading a team and hold a recognised SACT (systemic anti-cancer treatment) passport.
Main duties of the jobTo act as the professional role model, leading and co-ordinating the nursing team.
To have continuous responsibility for the management and organisation of the department within the available resources.
To be accountable for the overall provision of excellent care and to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
