The post holder will work as a senior member of the CCU team, leading and delivering quality governance activities at unit and professional team levels to ensure compliance with governance and risk frameworks. Responsibilities include handling complaints, gathering patient feedback, incident management, and meeting external standards such as those from the Care Quality Commission.
As Governance Lead, the post holder will play a key role in implementing the site's Safe and Compassionate Quality Improvement plan, fostering a proactive, open learning culture aligned with Bart's Health ambition to be a leader in safety and healthcare excellence.
