A healthcare trust in England is seeking a motivated senior sister/charge nurse for its Emergency Department. This full-time role involves overseeing patient care, developing nursing staff, and contributing to service improvements in a new state-of-the-art facility. We are currently recruiting for two senior sister/charge nurse positions in our Emergency Department: X1 Full-time position. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment who aspires to deliver high-quality care within a team of innovative professionals where every individual's contribution is valued.
This role comes at an exciting time, as we prepare to transition into a new state-of-the-art Emergency Department which is part of a large Emergency Village. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation in Emergency Care. As a senior sister/charge nurse, you will play a key role in shaping the transition into the new ED whilst maintaining high standards of care.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the ED, ensuring safe and efficient patient care and patient flow. Staff management - supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering professional development. Patient Care - Ensure high standards of care, focusing on patient safety, dignity, and experience.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of emergency care services, adapting to evolving clinical needs. Collaboration - work closely with Doctors, allied health professionals, and operations teams. Resource management - ensure appropriate use of staffing, equipment, and facilities.
