We are seeking a Band 7 Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic and dedicated team. The post holder will be responsible for setting the quality standards for the department.
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, committed, has the ability to work under pressure, is assertive and has a willingness to progress as a Senior Nursing leader through developing their own clinical and professional skills.

Our Emergency Department is extremely busy which provides our staff with exceptional opportunities for learning and development. Providing high quality patient care is at the heart of our work, as a Charge Nurse you will take responsibility for managing a team of Nurses in the imitation, and delivery of immediate care of a group of patients within ED, and you will participate in the further development of the service.
