Mass Consultants Ltd in St Neots is seeking a Senior Simulation Engineer to join our on-site team. You will work on high-fidelity EW synthetic trials, blending virtual and live hardware models to create realistic testbeds.

The role requires real-time test automation, virtual/constructive environments, and integration of software/hardware models. We offer a generous £50,000–£65,000 salary, 25 days leave, wellbeing and car schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience writing test automation scripts for real-time systems (MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW).
• Experience in Virtual or Constructive environments (integrating software models, scripting behaviours, synchronising outputs).
• Experience integrating software or hardware models (real-time OS, ICDs/APIs).
• Ability to solve problems methodically.
• STEM degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-importance synthetic trials for government and industry partners.
• Develop and use spectrum-wide scene generation and behavioural models.
• Ensure simulation runs are automated and repeatable.
