Qualifications

• 5+ years in power electronics design focusing on SiC.
• Proficient in LTSpice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with DC-DC and DC-AC converters; EMI/EMC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of mid-power SiC-based systems (DC-DC and DC-AC) to meet targets.
• Perform detailed simulations (thermal, electrical, mechanical) using LTSpice/PLECS/MATLAB.
• Develop prototypes and oversee testing for EMI/EMC, reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration.
• Create technical documentation including simulation reports and test results.
• Stay updated with SiC and power conversion advances to improve efficiency and thermal performance.
