Job summary

Stirling Warrington in Leeds is seeking a skilled Shift Engineer for a large-scale FMCG dairy site. You will join a highly automated operation responsible for planned and preventative maintenance around processing, packaging and production equipment.

The role offers a £58,000 annual salary and a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (days/nights) with 4 days off, plus a strong benefits package including pension, life assurance, training and development, and opportunities to contribute to reliability

Qualifications

• Time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing or regulated production
• Strong fault-finding across mechanical/electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on a 24/7 site
• Respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns quickly
• Fault-find on automated production and process equipment
• Maintain CIP systems and processing equipment
• Update maintenance records in CMMS/SAP
