Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a SHES Advisor to support energy projects in the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone. The role focuses on advising managers to fulfill SHES duties and ensuring awareness of statutory responsibilities at all levels.

Based in NR11 6LS, the successful candidate will investigate incidents, drive continuous SHES improvements, and support audits and forums related to health, safety, and environment across civil construction programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven SHES experience in a supervisory role.
• NEBOSH qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience on civil engineering or construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers to discharge SHES responsibilities per legislation and company procedures.
• Ensure personnel are aware of statutory duties and provide advice when required.
• Help ensure compliance with SHESQ plans across projects.
