Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is partnering with a well established organisation in the United Kingdom to appoint an experienced SHEQ professional. You will lead a team of specialists and help embed a robust health and safety culture across projects and operations.

The role requires 3+ years of health and safety experience in regulated sectors, with a track record of developing policies and improving safety performance. This is a hands-on leadership position based on site in Ipswich.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in health and safety, ideally in construction/utilities or other regulated sectors.
• Experience leading SHEQ teams and driving a strong safety culture.
• Proven ability to review and develop policies, procedures and best practice.
