Recruit with Purpose is supporting one of the UK’s largest housing associations in their search for a Senior M365 Administrator to join their growing IT team. They are looking for a SharePoint expert to come in and deliver.

This housing association is launching a new service focused on SharePoint and the Power Platform, with an emphasis on apps and automation. In this role, you’ll be supporting operational needs and driving continuous service improvements to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery for all customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and seasoned SharePoint Administrator with strong Power Platform skills. You’ll be responsible for overseeing this service from its inception and implementation through to its growth into a mature, business-critical function. Your ability to bring best practices and experience in driving user adoption will be highly valued.

As the organisation’s go-to SharePoint expert, you’ll play a key role in shaping its future use. You’ll have the chance to contribute to a variety of SharePoint-related projects and truly make your mark within a purpose-driven organisation.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven expertise in a SharePoint / M365 Administrator role
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and configuration
• Experience with SharePoint security models
• Solid background in Power Apps / Power Platform
• Proficiency in PowerShell
• Familiarity with third-party SharePoint tools and applications
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
