We are recruiting for a Senior Project Administrator within our Division of Population Health and Genomics at the School of Medicine, to support the National SHARE Programme Manager and wider SHARE team. You will play an active role in managing and maintaining administrative processes for the general SHARE office as well as providing comprehensive support to ensure all project milestones are met. This is a fixed-term appointment until 31st March 2026 (possibility of extension).
This is a rare opportunity to join an exciting initiative funded by the Chief Scientist Office at the Scottish Government and asset of NHS Research Scotland. The aim of SHARE is to build a volunteer register of up to 1 million residents in Scotland (currently over 300,000) who have expressed an interest in being contacted about health research.
Based in Ninewells Hospital, one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals, the School of Medicine provides outstanding medical education and training supported by world class research facilities.
