The role requires strong MC expertise and relevant Salesforce certifications, plus excellent communication to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required with relevant certifications.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Personalisation, Data Cloud.
• Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the high‑quality delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Guide cross‑functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
• Create long‑term services and ongoing value for Salesforce customers.
• Design and deliver Marketing Cloud implementations, integrations and optimisations.
