Alscient is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Marketing Cloud) to lead high‑quality delivery for diverse clients across the UK. You will guide cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard while creating ongoing value for Salesforce customers.

The role requires strong Marketing Cloud experience, Salesforce certifications, and hands‑on knowledge of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Personalisation, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• Strong Marketing Cloud expertise with Salesforce certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud products (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Personalisation, Data Cloud).
• Ability to ensure Marketing Cloud solutions are architecturally sound and well designed.
• Experience with integrations, data models, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills guiding developers/consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions to clients.
• Guide cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Maintain high quality, delivering within budget and scope.
• Create long-term services and ongoing value for Salesforce customers.
• Design and deliver Marketing Cloud implementations, integrations and optimisations.
