Job summary

Bank of China London Branch is seeking a Senior Assistant Settlement & Clearing, Mandarin-speaking, to oversee the day-to-day settlement life cycle across a range of financial products. You will support back-office operations and collaborate with front-office teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, plus strong knowledge of settlement processes, SWIFT messaging, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant subject.
• Experience with SWIFT payments (MT/MX) or settlement preferred.
• Product knowledge in FX, Money Markets, Bonds or Derivatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver settlement of Financial Markets for FX, MM, IR Swaps, Options, NDFs and others.
• Ensure all deals are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist in Euroclear/Easyway settlements.
