Job summary

Addition is seeking a Senior Service Consultant / Service Architect to join a specialist Service Consultancy team, working closely with MoD customers across major bids, service design and technology transformation. This client-facing role requires SME input across service architecture, service management and service delivery, translating complex requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.

• Experience in service architecture, design, management or delivery.
• Experience contributing to MoD bids/post-bid activity.
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills.
• Experience producing service models, diagrams and supporting documentation.

This is a highly client-facing role where you’ll act as an SME across service architecture, service management and service delivery, helping translate complex customer requirements into practical, deliverable solutions.

• Support and shape MoD bid and pre-bid activity
• Provide SME input across service architecture and service management
• Develop service models, design documentation and operational approaches
• Work closely with customers, partners and internal technical teams
• Support services across the full service delivery lifecycle
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Service Architecture, Service Design, Service Management or Service Delivery
• Experience contributing to MoD bids / pre-bid activity
• Strong stakeholder and client-facing skills
• Experience producing service models, diagrams and supporting documentation

You don’t need to be a deep technical architect — we’re looking for someone who understands how complex services are designed, integrated, operated and delivered.
