Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an SC cleared, experienced ServiceNow HR Business Analyst to join the Employee Experience and HR practice in the UK public sector. You will translate business needs into requirements, user stories and process design while acting as a bridge between customers and delivery teams.

This advisory role focuses on HRSD on ServiceNow, with no hands-on config work, and offers exposure to global deals, partnerships and a flexible UK-wide assignment model.

Qualifications

• SC Clearance or eligibility – UK National with 5 years residency.
• ServiceNow CIS HRSD certification with demonstrable experience.
• Bonus certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Capture and translate business requirements for HRSD on ServiceNow.
• Demo and walkthrough deliverables to customers, align with outcomes.
• Support workshops, validate requirements and contribute to designs and documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, developers and change teams throughout implementations.
